Are we Required to use JE Hedges Photography services in order to rent a JE Hedges Booth?
Renters of JE Hedges Photo Booths are NOT required to retain JE Hedges Photography photographic services.  Also, JE Hedges Photo Booths are available for rent even when JE Hedges Photography is booked on a certain day.  The two services are separate divisions from one another, but remain under the same ownership of Julie E. Hedges.  However, if you should choose JE Hedges Photography to provide photographic services at your event, in addition to the rental of a JE Hedges Photo Booth, you will receive $200 off your rental rate.

Is the Photo Booth Easy to Use?
The Photo Booth is so easy to use, we promise Grandma will be in on the fun!  It's so very simple.  Get in the booth.  Close the curtain.  Touch the on-screen "Start" button.  Choose Color or Black & White.  The fun is ready to begin!  A friendly voice will count down each pose (3, 2, 1).  You will take six photos, several seconds apart, while in the booth.  Exit the booth.  Your Photo Strip drops down into a metal box on the outside wall of the Photo Booth just fifteen seconds later!

Do you Deliver the Photo Booth to our Event?
Delivery will always be included in your contracted agreement.  We set the booth up, ensure it runs smoothly through the duration of your event, and haul it away when it's time to leave.

What size Photo Strip does the Photo Booth create?
The Photo Booth Photo Strip is a standard 4"x6" size.  There are three poses down each side of the print, six total, with a white banner space down the center.  The banner area can be customized with a personalized graphic for your event.

How long does it take to print a Photo Strip?
Your Photo Strip will print within 15 seconds of your last pose.  There is hardly a wait for the Photo Strip, which is very important as guests will be eager to see their pictures!  Additionally, the fast printing time keeps guests excited as there is no boring waiting time.  They'll grab their Photo Strip and run to show it off!

Will the Photo Strips fade or change colors like other digital photo booths I've seen?
Our Photo Booth creates Professional, high quality studio prints.  We use the same printing process used by professional photographers, graphic designers, and publishers.  The print will not fade nor smear.  The print is covered with a clear protective coating, making it resistant to fingerprints, smudges, and drops of liquid.  With normal care, the print should last 100+ years.

How do I obtain a duplicate Photo Strip?
How do I get Copies of All the Photos from my Event?
We are unable to print duplicates during an event.  However, your package includes all images saved onto a CD.  The CD includes high resolution jpg files of all images made during your event.  Feel free to make copies, send in emails, add to your personal website, and share with friends.

How can our guests get as Many pictures as Possible?
We recommend that you promote the Photo Booth within the Event to ensure that all guests are knowledgeable that the Photo Booth is available and FREE for their use.  Simply done, your Band and/or DJ during your event can make announcements about the Photo Booth.  As and add-on option, JE Hedges can create customized table tent cards or place setting cards, instructing guests to visit the booth.  Some of our Clients provide customized picture frames as party favors... slip in a Photo Strip, and you have a unique gift that will have everyone talking!  Don't forget that we have "Save The Date" Photo Strips, that can advertise the Photo Booth to your guests far in advance of your special event.

Is your Photo Booth environmentally friendly?
Our Photo Booth is digital.  There are no unfriendly chemicals like the old "dip and dunk" Photo Booths of yesteryear.  Additionally, the Photo Booth produces ink-free prints, so no cartridges end up in land-fills.  The photos dry instantly, so there is no need to wave them in the air like other instant photos... except to show them off, of course!

Do you offer a Scrapbook/Guestbook add-on?
No.  In order to offer that service, the Photo Strip is cut in half.  The guest is forced to decide which half they keep and which half to give you.  We won't make your guests chose.  We want your guests to keep the entire Photo Strip of all six poses.  You will receive a CD with all the images from the event.  This way it is a win/win for all.

What does the Photo Booth Attendant do?
Our attendants are extensively trained, friendly, and professionally dressed.  The attendants will be available at your booth for the duration of the event.  Our attendants ensure that the booth is running smoothly, assist guests as necessary, and answer any questions.

How much Room does the Photo Booth need?
Ideally, we need a minimum space of 4'x8' to set up in.  A standard 120v electrical outlet is all that's needed, preferably within 30 feet.

My Event is Upstairs, is that possible?
Our Photo Booth can usually fit in a standard elevator with a weight capacity of 1300 lbs. or more.  Our Photo Booths are designed to move through standard sized doors.  Please let us know if you have concerns such as outdoor venue, stairs, and elevators.

Can you accommodate outdoor events?
Yes, with restrictions.  The Photo Booth must be on a minimum of a 4'x8' concrete-like Flat Surface.  We must have proximity to an electrical outlet and smooth access for transporting the Photo Booth.  Our Photo Booth must reside under a Tent or other Water-Proof Structure.  If a tent will not be available, we can provide one for an additional fee. 
A signed statement of liability is also required in case damage is caused to the booth due to weather and other exterior elements.

How do we Reserve our Date?
A signed contract and a Retainer Fee are required to reserve the booth.  Due to the high level of inquiries we receive, we do not hold dates. 
We operate on a "first come" basis. Your date will remain open on our calendar until we have BOTH a contract and retainer fee.  We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  We do not accept post-dated checks.  Please contact us at (706) 563-1761.  If you receive our voicemail, it's imperative to leave your contact telephone number.  Please, as a courtesy, always repeat your telephone number twice and slowly so we can properly return your call.

How long does it take to set it up and when does the time begin?

Typically set up takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the number of doors to go through and walking distance from our trailer to the set up location.  Your rental time hours are not affected by the set up time.  You receive four hours of rental time ONCE our booth is fully set up and ready to go.  For example, if your event starts at 6:00pm, we will arrive usually between 5:00pm and 5:15pm to begin set up.  We will be ready to accept your guests at 6pm.  Your contract services would then run until 10:00pm.  We would begin break-down around 10:00pm.  Our staff is usually packed up completely in about 30 minutes.
